AIS rugged tablet PC for medical environment
American Industrial Systems, Inc. (short AIS) has recently launched a pair of medically certified 8.4″ and 10.4″ Rugged Tablet PC to the medical industry. Is that in the small size, are you on the spot, if you think that the famous Intel Atom CPU Netbook is in the heart and engine of this rugged Tablet PCs – they use the latest Intel Atom N270 processor, offers high reliability in operation Ultra low-power environment.
On the outside, you will be pleased that the Tablet PC sports an elegant, practical design that has an aluminum-magnesium alloy with single ports IP54 for full compliance with the waterproof and dustproof protection. In addition, these two Tablet PCs are already made, passing by UL60601-1 Medical Equipment Certification, which it approved, if the electronic compatibility and reliability in the medical field are concerned.
Not only that AIS has shown that it is tough as nuts by his technique, with the 810F military shock, vibration, and set standards. Never knew that the hospital environment would be taught that, but hey, you can never tell if your Tablet PC may drop to the ground, when a patient begins in the trash by the bed, right?

They are used by Windows XP, but we have no idea how much it will cost.
