Next-gen iPod touch/nano cases showcase camera

A whole series of images produced with China iPod touch nano cases on the Web. This may be nothing exciting, but they are reportedly cases for Apple’s next-generation devices.

As you can see from the above pictures, the MP3 player comes with cameras with the touch is not centered, while the Nano’s is a bit more balanced.

While Apple has not really confirmed that the Next-Gen iPods have cameras, why should this case decision makers through all these problems if they are not positive? Take it with a grain of salt, but this is pretty much confirmed.

256GB USB flash drive for the price of 3 netbooks

256GB USB flash drive for the price of 3 netbooks

On the one hand, I’m impressed with how Kingson Heck, the new DataTraveler 300 USB flash drive can store a whopping 256 GB data. On the other hand, it costs $ 900, which is pretty much useless … for now.

Of course, if it is one thing we have learned on flash media in recent years is that prices fall very rapidly. I still remember paying nearly $ 50 for my first 32 MB Compact Flash card.

Kingston new card features read speeds of up to 20 MB per second and data rates of up to 20MB per second. It measures 2.78 “x 0.88″ x 0.65 “. And Kingston has been kind enough to let us know that the flash drive can be the equivalent of 10 Blu-ray discs, 54 DVDs or 365 CDs. The 256 GB Kingston Data Traveler 300 is initially in Europe. No word if when he is in the U.S.. I hope there will be a bit cheaper at the time it does.

Following Kish Hirani, Sony Europe head of the developers, the functionality will be available shortly on the existing hardware, with the developer libraries available for games studios, so they do not need special encoding for the new system.

According to Hirani, the technology will be able to “recognize, sex and age of the face, separate facial features like nose, eyes and ears, and also detect whether you smile or not.” Sounds a little too good to be true. It is also with the upcoming Sony Motion Controller, with the eye-tracking camera X, Y and Z movement through the territory of the glowing ball.

The motion controller’s accelerometer is also used for the prosecution, even if from the perspective of the PlayStation Eye. Developers need to support the new functionality to the titles, but Hirani says, “chances are you’re not on any technology itself.”
