Addonics releases first portable Blu-ray drive

As a Blu-ray’s market share gains, it seems, we have put in a kind of race out products that use the format the same way we use DVDs. We have already seen HDTV with built-in Blu-ray drives, and even a portable Blu-ray player. There are a few selected computer that was used Blu-ray drives for some time also. Now we have what is the first portable Blu-ray drive, eSATA and USB 2.0 by Addonics used.
The drive is small, makes it easy to pack size to a laptop bag for watching Blu-ray discs almost everywhere. The device can work with Windows, Mac, and Linux, probably as long as your software and codecs capable of playing Blu-ray discs. It is also capable of reading and burning CDs and DVDs, so even if your computer can handle Blu-ray you can still use other media with the drive.
Although it is portable, it is much easier to carry only data on USB sticks, instead of carrying around any disc you may want or need.
