Vue Personal Video NetworkWebcams monitoring the masses, but they have one big disadvantage: You need power. The severely limited if you can, but the cameras in Avaak’s Vue Personal Video Network are different.

The little dumplings (each 3 cm tall and weighs 0.1 ounces) are fully battery operated, not to mention wireless. Mount it anywhere in your house, and they will faithfully transmit the images to the system of the base station through the air.

The base is then the RSS feeds on a password protected website, you can anywhere. The wireless technology is a special low-power 2.4-GHz system with the name FrameMesh the Avaak originally developed for the U.S. military. In order to save power, the cameras will only work if you’re watching (so they are not good for the ongoing monitoring), and the replaceable batteries should last approximately one year. FrameMesh A single network can have up to 50 cameras. And no PC is required (except to watch).
