Wow. Either the public has an enormous appetite has mini camcorder or the manufacturers have all had a gander at some market research with massively inaccurate information.

JVC just because a few Pocket Cams has announced to the absolute barrage of devices we have seen in recent weeks, launched to add car gps navigation. JVC’s dual-boot is basically the same camera that is waterproof unless you do.

New JVC Picsio GC-FM2 and GC-WP10

The JVC GC-Picsio WP10 is waterproof to 3m IPX8 standards up, it will do you a bit of snorkeling. The device is not waterproof, the JVC GC-Picsio FM2, if you wonder. Both cams are capable of 1080p Full HD video footage you can see again from the HDMI OUT connector. You have 5-megapixel cameras on board, with 4x digital zoom and digital image stabilization, as well as Magellan RoadMate 1412.

They both have 3-inch touchscreen, integrated editing software are compatible with Eye-Fi cards, and free of charge via USB. There are also sharing capabilities on the cams, so you can quickly upload to Facebook, YouTube and Vimeo. The GC-FM2 is the beginning of September, later with the GC-WP10 in the following month. There is no news yet on prices.

Apple Media Pad touchscreen to be Wintek supplied

Once again, Apple and WINTEK thrown together in the ongoing story of the Pad Media Apple touchscreen tablet. First tipped in March as a supplier of 10-inch capacitive touch panels for an unannounced product from the Cupertino company, other sources – this time in connection with a notebook-IC designers – have confirmed that the Panel has WINTEK to Apple .This round of leaks throws in the news that the Apple device is an “e-book form factor Netbook product”, which is consistent with the recent talk of a handheld touchscreen slate-format device. Expected to slot in between the iPod touch and Apple a normal notebook, media pad will prioritize Internet access and VoIP, and a built-in Wi-Fi.

Foxconn has been proposed as the probability for OEM manufacturers of media pad. Recently, an analyst predicted that the device while in development, not on the market until 2010 because of problems stabilizing Mobile OS X.

Been Korean designer Kim must really love toasted bread with the new handheld portable toaster design you see here.

Apparently, all you need to do, it will be on the bread like a giant butter knife, toast and it is above all that on this side of the bread. Guess you should be particularly careful when brandishing this, unless you suffer from an accidental burn!

There is an LCD display on the back that lets you know how your toast always on, but we think the visual cue alone should be more than enough if you are a veteran, toast, when it comes to breakfast. This conceptual product is not really good in the real world – after all, as we toast to come hot on both sides simultaneously, unlike this one-sided affair.

NetGear ships Digital Entertainer EliteNetGear has begun shipping its latest Network Media Streamer, the EVA9150 was at CES. The device has a 500 GB hard drive, can be exchanged with a higher capacity component for additional storage. Users can Blu-ray content up to 1080p resolution, H.264, MPEG-4, digital photos, MP3 and TV broadcasts. Together with the on-board drive, the EVA9150 can be connected to computers or other storage devices on the network.Users can stream web-based media like YouTube, internet radio, Flickr, RSS and podcasts. The speakers feature 8O output on each 10W (80Hz-25kHz).Size of 140 170 195 mm, one speaker weighs 2.3 kilograms (weight of the stand: 350g).

The devices are available only in Japanese Kenwood’s online store at this point (sale started today). The company did not say if the speakers will be available as well as outside Nippon.

Photofast PCI SSD ReleasedFast Photo, a memory manufacturer from Japan, are releasing 3 new PCI-based solid-state drives (SSD’s) with the name of the G-series monster.

3 Capacity is available for the new G-Series Monster, the 256 GB, 512GB and 1 TB in size. Each unit has an integrated RAID controller, increased read and write speeds to 750MBps and 700MBps be.

The devices have an impressive lifespan also calculated that about 1.5 million hours, or 171 years of use, which is way more than enough light drives are progressing rapidly, and probably be replaced with larger capacity in 3 – 5 years.

The G Series Monster Photo Fast will be available sometime in June, although there are no prices yet.
